If I put a 200x front end on my 250sx can I use the 200x bearings for the triple tree? and as for the bearings are they the rollers or the little balls because someone told me that you can take the ball bearings and just lay them in one by one and put grease in with it, is this true? and is the 200x front much higher than the 250sx? and are they pumped with air?

I have done a couple 200x / 250sx front end swaps. Every one I did I used the regular ball bearings. The easy way to do keep the bearings in place during assembly, is to apply grease to the bearing race on the triple tree tube. Then place the bearings on the race as they normally go. Then carefully slide the tube in thru the frame. Once you get the bottom part seated you can grease up the top part and place the upper bearings in there. I always did them 1 at a time so that I was 100% sure they were setting properly. Then install the bearing race and nut. Put the top clamp on and install the final nut. Hopefully that will help.
Yes, the 200x forks will raise the front end up a little. It will also make it lighter in the front.
Air pressure: yes and no. You can pump the 200x shocks up some ( 2-3 psi ). But I DO NOT reccomend it. The 200x shocks have plenty of suspension as they are. More pressure = rougher ride, and the possibility of blowing the seals.
