    What's the best way?

Ok guys i have a 200e big red.. there is very little oil in it and the pull cord won't pull so what the best way to loosen it up a little? Like i told you earlier how the heck do you start this thing? remember i'm a rookie at this so i know it's a dumb question , but my saying is " the only dumb questions are the ones you don't ask"? Also an update on the 200x i'm buying next monday as soon as i get payed...It needs some hubs and back wheels and a brake lever and rear plastic and seat but other than that it's complete for $75 bucks.. The atc70 honda yellow atc only has one little scratch on the rear fender but other than that complete and all there going to see if i can get it cheap and make a profit to fix the rest of my stuff... sorry i know alot of stuff in this post but life is crazy around my house right now...Terry

Have you tried taking out the spark plug and pulling the rope? You may have to spray some WD-40 into the plug hole and letting it sit for a few days.
