    Question ATC70 Transport problem

I just bought two ATC70's and they're about 200 miles away. I have a trailer, but it's shaky and I don't know about taking it that distance, and at today's gas prices that trailer hurts too. So I was thinking about trying to squeeze them into my '95 2-door Explorer. I just checked and my ATC90 fits pretty well, but there wouldn't be room for a second one.

The question is, how much smaller is a 70 from a 90? I've never seen one up close. Second, since one of the machines is just a rolling frame, I'm sure I could get both in there if I took off the rear axle. Would it be worth it, or should I just bring the trailer?

They are a lot smaller then the atc 90, I bet you can fit them both in there. Here is a picture to give you a reference size.

Is the yellow one a '90? If so, that 70 is really tiny!

Oh, and John, I'm seriously thinking about that idea of strapping one of them on top. If I do, I'll take a picture. That's one that might win a redneck award!

You might be able to get away with just taking the rear wheels of the roller and turning the 2 atc70s' front in opposite directions and just putting them gently together. Just imagine to letter Ts' turned end to end and locking together. It's possible.

Yep, that's what I'm going to do. I looked on the specs page and the 70 is 12" shorter and about 7" narrower than the 90, so it should work by taking the back wheels off the roller.
