    Emergency kits

After todays minor spill on my 200x, I got to thinking, what would I have done if it broke the clutch handle? I really need to carry some king of emergency tool kit. I dont have much carring space on the 200x but I think I could carry whatever we need on the Rancher. What tools do I need to carry? I really should carry a tow strap too.

Magnesium fire starter(Totally waterproof, tiny and about 2 bucks)
water and stuff to survive at least one night.
    Plugs and socket.
    Fire extinguisher.
    Tow strap.
    .44

Gotta have documentation for all rides, like
permits and license in possession, not back at the camp or truck.

Rangers love giving easy tickets for that in particular.

IMO, first thing that should be packed is a first-aid kit along with some light fishing line and a curved needle (emergency trailside stitches) next would be a basic tool kit, tow strap, plug kit, knife of some sort, some kind of fire starter (like drjoe pointed out , i carry a lighter myself) and a small flash light.

NEVER and I mean NEVER leave for a ride without TP. I keep it in every vehicle, every trike, everything. I actually had 2 rolls in my big red just in case a fallen triker was in need during trikefest. Not having any can ruin a whole days ride just like not having a screw driver. Especially on a hot day. No pun intended.
