Question Where do these o-rings go? (ATC90)

I'm back at my ATC90 rebuild project, and I'm assembling the engine. I had a shop do the head and bore the cylinder, and now I'm trying to figure out where things go. In the Vesrah complete gasket kit I got there was a little bag of o-rings, and I'm not sure where they all go.

    Here's a pic:

Ok, the big ones are easy, those are for the valve covers. The bottom left o-ring goes on one of the dowels between cylinder and head. The green one and the other two black ones I have no idea. Any thoughts? My Clymer manual says to make sure to put orings back where you originally removed them. That's useful.

The green one is actually a valve seal. I'm having a brain fart on the 2 small black ones though ( caused by lack of sleep ).

I was thinking that maybe that's what the black ones were, and that the shop didn't use them....

    I don't think so. There's a spacer and a gasket for that.
