No reserve auctions

Has anyone ever won a no reserve auction and then have the seller refuse to sell? My brother won a few from the same seller last year. The seller made up some phony excuse and the relisted them the next week. My brother alerted E-bay and then the seller called my brother a bad bidder.

I had one not too long ago for a NOS P3 exhaust. The seller said he couldn't get pictures in the auction. But I bid anyhow. It ended up that I did win the auction for $1.00 and paid for it right away. A day or 2 later my payment was refunded. He said it was because the exhaust was actually a snowmobile exhaust ( was list as a 85-86 ATV ). I told him I wanted to see pictures of the exhaust WITH the part numbers on it ( part numbers were listed in the auction ). Suddenly he could get pictures of it. The pictures were not very good and the part numbers wasn't readable. But I let him off the hook.
