I've been here before with you guys on this trike and I'm near my nerves end now. I don't want to give up on her but she's outside my skill level and don't know if I can afford the $$ to have it fixed in a shop at $40 an hour. '83 200e with a left engine oil leak that I don't think that I can fix on my own, without some serious help. Appears to be coming from left engine case near a bolt that is sheared off (I've posted pics earlier). I really don't want to part with it since it runs good and the plastics have no cracks or anything. Plus I've stripped the racks and headlight cover and finished them in black truck bed liner, so cosmetically and mechanically it is great besides the leak I don't know how to fix. Should I part it out??? Any tips on how much I could ask? Now I'm willing to get it out of my garage and look for a new trike. I don't want to be a quitter but I'm afraid I'll get in over my head if I start taking the engine apart. I certainly would if I had another trike to ride since I don't really have much invested in this one.

) then realized I might be in over my head to get the left engine case off and stopped. So just put the cold weld over the bottom of the case?? Is that what you're saying? I really appreciate any help!! just want to get her running in the yard and hunting again. Not planning on keeping her forever.
