I need to replace the front wheel bearings on my 86 R, but the axle is not being cooperative with me. Seems after being in the same place for 20 years, it wants to stay where it is. I am afraid if I try it press it out, I am going to damage the threads or something. I already tried PB blaster and also a little bit of heat, but it was no good. Are there axles from other Honda trikes that will work, in case I need to find one? Also, on the rear axle, I am looking at my buddies 2+2 from his 400EX, including hubs. Will I have any issues with the sprocket using this axle? I am trying to get the rolling chassis done, and keep picking away, but it is not as painless as I thought it might be, especially getting some of the parts they no longer make. I guess that's part of having a love for 3 wheels.
