    200es muffler question.

    I have a 1984 200es and it has a (what looks to be) some sort of a large riding lawnmower mkuffler on it. If I remember correctly that is what I was told it was too. Will this type of muffler cause odd running problems? For example it doesnt want to idle well and it seems to want to over-run or over-rev when I let off the throttle. The throttle is in great shape. Thanks for your help.

    Please give some input here. I'd be very surprised if no one on this board knew the answer to my question. I just want to know if I should spend money on another. Thank you.
