my 110 atc has some worn rings. id like to do a piston and ring swap on it, but am a little confused as to the ring and piston size. ive visited beatrice cycle, and they have all the parts id need, but im just not sure which set to get. im pretty sure that the piston in the 110 at the moment is the original. below ive included the sizes of the pistons and rings offered, and if anyone has any input on the situation, it would be greatly appreciated. also, my earlier post about the 3 wheeler being a 1983 was incorrect, it is, in fact, a 1984.
thanks in advance
steven

I just rebuilt the topend on my 350x and with out these guys I would have never even attempted it. Its not hard but does require a few special tools but not alot. A machine shop can bore or hone your cylinder fairly cheap. Around twenty to fifty dollars. You would need to take your piston to the machine shop with the cylinder and they can do all of the measuring boring/ honing that is required. The only other tools you would need besides the basic metric wrench and socket set is a torque wrench and some type of valve spring compressor to take out the valves. You may as well get those cleaned up or replaced while you have it tore down. My suggestion is to get a hold of a manual and look over what all is involved.
