Arent the bends on the banshee pipes totally different, though? You'd have it sticking way the hell out there, or it might not fit at all because it would be sticking into the engine case or something.
You might be able to if you use the blaster expansion chamber and build it from there. You would have to make a one to two Y thingy and fab the shee pipes to fit the bike. You won’t have to worry about the pipes being balanced because you’re only running on a single cylinder. Stock banshee pipes are very restrictive as far as exhaling the exhaust but you will be increasing your flow by almost two so you will have to bump up your jetting some I would think. I had put a stock banshee silencer on a 200x before and it lost some top end but I didn’t re jet it because I wasn’t going to leave it on the bike. I just wanted to try it to see how it worked

LOL No leave the expansion chamber on the quad and build the new system from the tail end of the expansion chamber. (the outlet) LOLOriginally Posted by OldSchoolin86
Okay, Im trying not to go nuts here. Less restriction is not an automatic good thing. More restriction is not an automatic bad thing. Two stroke pipes are finely tuned instruments whose purpose is to control the when, where, and hows of putting the flow restrictions and flow enhancments in all the right places for a desired outcome. This is done by varying the header length, and length, shape, and size of the expansion chamber, along with the size of the reduction at the end of the expansion chamber. One of several key factors in building a tuned pipe for a certain outcome is volume going through it which is mostly affected by engine displacement.
In plain English, this means that a dual pipes designed for a 350cc twin, rigged up to a single cylinder 200cc motor will make it run like TURD no matter what. If you wish to drive a TURD, then GO FOR IT! If you paint it, it might be a pretty TURD. If you dry it out, it might be a durable TURD. If you squish it, it will be a broken TURD. If you modify it, it will be a fancy TURD, but no matter what, it will still be a GREAT BIG TURD.

If you want a good exhaust for a Blaster, then go buy a Blaster exhaust. If you want a good exhaust for a Banshee, then go buy a Banshee exhaust.
Um... what he said. LOL
lol ok does this mean i should take the blaster pipe off of my lt 230? lol im surprised no ones killed me yet and i think were going to do dual straght pipes on the lt nextthat will work i gaurentee it

my apologies
for anything blaster go to projectblaster.com , they are the guru's of the blaster, along with trenga racing as well. and no, a banshees pipe wont work on a blaster. they have tons of stuff on their site, from disc brake conversion kits to motors to plastics, graphics, etc. you need it they probably have it.
