How do you get that stupid cover off the rear brakes that's inside the primary brake cover? I've been trying to get it off for a week, I've tried WD-40, PB blaster, pulling on it, banging it with a , and heating it. Does anybody know how to get it off?

You mean the brake drum? Lube, as I see you already did, and try to pry it out, crow bar/pry bar and a . Always worked for me. You could even use a flathead screwdriver.

The easy way is to knock the axle out of it. To do this you need to remove the chain guards, chain, and such to allow for movement. Then beat the axle out, using a good wood block on the end of the axle to protect the thread / splines. You don't need to remove the axle completely, just enough to free up the brake drum.
