Hello everyone have a question On A Yamaha yt125j that i amd getting and for the best price free. Needs some work though but thats what time and money are for right. Any way the trike wont start witht the recoil but will start if it is towed, after is started it seems to dumb a lot of black crap out the exhaust i assume this is smoke but he made it sound like it was almost like a liquid. Never heard of this before. He said that he cleaned the carb up and set all the jets and the bowl so maybe this needs to be done again also i was thinking the cdi needs to be replaced so you can pull start it and not have to tow it Also does anyone know where i can have the engine rebuilt i would like to get back to new looking. I live in Minnesota St. Paul/Minneapolis area. Thanks for any help or Idaes on how to bring this thing back to life.
