    clutch problem....

    i have a 1991 kx250, i just rebuilt the whole engine.. it cranks up and runs fine.. but when im sitting in nuetral and i pull in the clutch the bike starts to surge forward a bit.. and sometimes it evens drags at a high rpm.. also my carb is overflowing.. i cleaned it out soaked it in cleaner. the needle point is fine...?

    help

    i know this isnt about a trike but your help would be greatly appreciated...
