    rebuilding New Orleans

    well here is whats on the drawing board for New Orleans. The Corps of Engineers took the blame for the levees sinking around here, they didnt account for the weight of the mud on the soft swampy ground! The only alternative they could come up with that seemed to be cost effective was this:
    The only thing I wanna know is, where are they going to get the plunger!
