should i run rotella t syn?

ive read a lot a different opinions on this, just want to find out what you guys think.

ive got a 86 350x motor, im in the process of putting a new clutch in it and dont want to screw it up.

shall i go with rotella 5w40 syn. or something like rotella 15w40 non syn, or a different oil in general. i dont want my new clutch to slip! thanks.

rotella is good stuff my mechanic put me on to it and i havent had a single problem with it. i run the 15w40 in my 200x, and brother in laws raptor 660
