atc 250r Good deal or Not

Do you guys think this is a good deal, I have been looking for a 250r, not sure if I am up for all the work and really wanted a water pumper. This sounds kind of high, but it is near me.

That seems like a bad deal to me. I think you should save the money for a water pumper. Aircooled trikes are fun, but that seems like you will spend way more money on that than you think...

Great deal if you need some extra parts for a bike you already have. If you're looking for one to ride, I'd keep looking. Spend a little more for something that needs less work.

i think it would be good for backup parts if the price stayed low. i cannot really tell to good from the pic but the swingarm does not look stock. if it is a aftermarket swinger for the 81/82 and not a mock up that may be worth something if its in good shape. just as an example my 81 r was in bad shape when i got it but nowhere near that condition and i have spent tons of money on it. just to have it in good mechanical shape. cosmetically just looks like a well kept used r.
