How long before I can switch to synthetic?

New top end in my liquid R. Ran about 3/4 tank of fuel through it and have a total of about 2 1/2 hours on it. Did the heat cycle process.
Been hitting it with WOT blips and no cutting out through all power ranges. Running like a dream and pretty powerful. Is it safe to say that it is broken in and can run some synthetic in it now?
I am going to run amsoil dominator 32:1. I bought 2 quarts for 10 bucks!

i thought AMSoil interceptor was better ?

The guy at gas station did not know price and had 2 bottles of the Dominator left. He just said "10 bucks for both" and I snagged it.
The Interceptor is good I suppose too, but all he had were 2 bottles of Dominator.

Safe to say that motor is broken in now.
