look under the front forks. there will be a sticker there that says "this 19__ yamaha blahblahblah, meets emission requirements. " but the year should be there if the sticker is.

The larger "Thumbwheel" screw is your Idle speed
The small screw is idle mixture----
It should be lightly seated and turn out 1.5 turns.
I will almost make "Book" ---Your carb needs to be cleaned
Buy American! Unless your only option is a HARLEY.

yea weve cleaned it numerous times...the float was sticking and thats why it wouldnt start but we got it cleaned up really good so i think the idle speed and mixture screws probably just need to be adjusted. thanks for the help on the year too!Originally Posted by Unclediezel
