well as most of you guys know the 490 ran strong this weekend..But not strong enough for me! It will be getting tore down for the next season.
When i take my pipe up to dynoport to be plated i will also be takeing the jug for a full drag port job and have the exaust port raised and widend,I will also be haveing them build a strait pipe to replace my silencer.
then the jug will be bored out to a 2nd over piston witch will be ceramic coated on the sides with PC9 and the dome coated with gold coat thermal barrier (TCB).
It will be gettin a reed spacer along with a bigger carb as of right now it looks like a 41.5 ESR TMXX flatslide along with the 7'' trx angled filter
The front forks will have the top springs removed to lower it 4'' and along with my drag strut that i have allready shortend last night.
I also got my back brakes hooked up so it looks like the front brakes will be completely removed along with the motor case guard and maybe the rear end guard,tail light, front tire will be replaced with a sand star. and possibly a non o ring chain for less drag.

HUMMMM ??? will the 1" Dia. Washers be Cool on the Top of the Strut...they won't hit nothing ? ... i'm gonna make them tommorrow !!!
