pwr makes aftermaket radiators, you can get 20 fin super coolers, my atc tends to run about 190 with the 310pv, engine ice, 20 fin cooler, short track kit(bigger radiator fins) and stock radiators. I have a temperature guage on it. My bike is getting a partail rebuild, black plastics, black short track tank and shrouds and I am gonna put on the pwr radiators. The pwr's cost me about $400 and look alot better and appear to be double pass instead of single pass like the stock ones are. I'm hoping the temperature drops some with the pwr radiators.

A temp gauge is a must in hot weather! Engine ice is also good.It was 112 sunday and we were riding, but I just watch the temp, and never let it get hot!! Also race gas will help you out.

Didn't Bryan Raffa already post this for us? "Water Wetter" or something like that? I'm going to try it in my bike this summer.

Don't leave water wetter in your bike over the winter or it will freeze!

DO NOT send any thing to whats his face (dirt-face/crasher) here on the board. What a scum bag. He screwed (stole) money from me and screwed me on my ME360 and Hondaline 300R engine rebuilds.

it seams like they work, the 5 fin pro-design ones don't do anything, 20 fin coolers tend to work alittle better.

I thought this up, but in New England there's really no need for it..... See what you think.

Take 2 of those little 4in wide fans that are in the back of computers (I believe they come in bigger sizes) and mount one in front of each side of the radiator. As for the power source I would imagine a 9V battery on each one would be sufficiant??? When you are going slow or the engine is just sitting you could have a little switch and throw them on. It would be pretty effortless to wire..... Plus those little fans can move a lot of air!
