Tips for getting silencer out?

Ok silencer wont come out of my Bassani exhaust. I have drilled out the bolts that hold it in, used screw drivers, slide s, and anything else we could find and it wont budge. Any tips or tricks for these things? Probably hasnt seen the light of day in 2 decades.

Maby knock some of the carbon loose......use a oxy Actylyn torch, heat up the pipe Nice and hot...then Fill the pipe with acetalyen,,,,and spark it at the end....shold make a Nice loud Bang and knock some loose make it easier to come out...least on 2 stroke pipes..
