Why would you spend that much on junk pipe? You can still get a Paul Turner pipe new and it would give you so much more performance than the "bling bling" FMF pipes it isnt funny. There are others out there still making pipes for the ATC 250r that give you so much more for your money than the typical FMF and DG..............peace

You guys are too harsh on FMF. They make a decent pipe and you can make awesome power with one. People call a DG a stock replacement. I don't know if that's true but I know the FMF makes much more power than stock. I have a link somewhere (macdizzy) to some dyno results getting 53.3hp out of a modded R motor with a FMF fatty on it. I have a gold series fatty on my R right now and my trike rips. I'm looking for a used PT high rev to see if it gets me much more power but the fatty really is no slouch and they can be bought for cheap if you shop around enough.

That said, $330 is way too much for one. I paid $230 out the door and it came with a Powercore silencer (both brand new). Keep shopping.

that $330 was for the pipe + silencer. sorry i didnt mention above. but now im leaning towards different pipes. dont want to waste money on a pipe that can be replaced easly.

169+9.50 shipping is the best deal that i can find for the pipe and they are in arizona if you want to pick it up i guess you can but dont knock the fmf.

check out www.esr250.com for the atc 5 pipe and o ringed silencer. Very nice pieces which produce more power for sure. The others are nice too (turner) (fmf) I like the way the esr mounts and I like the high temp orings to prevent leaking.

What I like about my esr pipe is it's got a nasty mid range hit, also nice coming out of corners. It mounted right up with no hassles. I also ordered his billet exhaust flange which is the best upgrade I ever made for$49.99. Good luck!

You can get a billet O-ring flange on ebay for $35 plus shipping. They work for any pipe. Very nice to have. I love mine. I'd like to get one made for my Tri-Z at some point.
