There is,, but I can't remember what its called. They also have rubber-mounted bar clamps that help a lot.

I thought local dirt bikers around here used to fill their bars up with a soft silicone to help vibes.

the silcone goes inside the bars, you don't see any of it unless your grip ends are riped out. this of course would only work on bars that are hollow, I know on stock honda bars they had bar ends so it would be hard getting the bar completly full.
