Hello
I bought this 250 for $300.00 for parts but the motor has this top end that does not look like my 82 or 84 250R . The motor runs excellent and a compression test showed 162 psi but the guy went crazy with paint, i think he used a paint brush on the whole trike including the engine anyway i was hoping some one here might have some info on this , I took some pics i hope i up loaded them correctly

thats a dg head, it is supposibly alo better than a stock an better cooling.

yea it looks like a home made roost boost. at slow engine speeds mixed fuel gets stored in there and when you punch the throttle there is supposed to be no motor lag as it draws all the pre-mixed fuel from that bottleOriginally Posted by scooch

DG starburst head as far as I know, do a search. DG sold them as a aftermarket cooling head. Heres my chance to get it right!
