    yt125 tri moto wont rev up all the way

    when you give it half throttle it starts to cut out but wont die if you hold it full throttle anyone know why ???

    have you tried a new spark plug??

    new spark plug

    A new spark plug heals all. Honda's_Better and I know from past experience.

    Why dont you clean out the carb and clean the the fuel shut off bowl. I would suggest replacing the fuel lines with a filter also.

    Why dont you clean out the carb and clean the the fuel shut off bowl
    I would try that first. Then move to your air filter and clean it.

    Your exhaust also has a spark arrestor in it. You should make sure that it's not clogged up. My experience with these 125's is that they tend to clog up with carbon. I would make sure that the exhaust can breath well. When I rebuilt mine I found that the exhaust port on the head was 3/4 clogged with carbon. Bottom line is that there are many possible causes for a poor running engine. Eliminate them, one by one, and you should be able to iron out the bugs. Oh, and by a service manual. They are invaluable.

    i have cleaned the carb sooo many times it dosent help

    my exaust is clean could it need reeds ???
    cuz i havent replaced them ever

    The only time I've seen a bike do this was on my friends CR, he had a frozen ring so it wasn't making full compression and any attempt to give it a lot of gas just made the thing cut out like mad.
