....But that is old techno. New techno can get more HP out of the same CCs."Fact" You can't argue that point. And Yamaha is the clear leader when it comes to that.
    WTF?!?!?!?!

You would have to turn a warrior engine into a time bomb for it to be able to keep up with a stock waterpumper 250R, an even slightly modified 250R and you can forget about it........

Old technology??? the 250R engine in the modern CR250R has barly changed from the ATC engines...... Shorter stroke is the only "major" differnce, if you'd even call it that.....

All I can say is you better do some serious homework my friend, me and ! arn't trying to be jerks about this, but your just WAY off man.......

I thought I might add how he said old technology vs. new........that's like someone say I bought a NEW banshee, they're all 87's, pretty well, same as the warrior. those raptor 350's are 1987 warrior engine technology with new plastic, and whatnot.
    and stuff like that.
    Caution
Do not "POP WHEELIES" and run for any distance with the ATC. The oil capacity is relatively small and the oil will drain out of the oil pump area thus causing loss of oil pressure, resulting in costly engine damage -CLYMER

I must conceed that it is about gearing and tire size. And I've never rode or raced a Z.Not a lot in Fla. I've only seen 1 and it was in bad shape. I was compairing to the 350X.
You may find it hard to fit the 350 warrior engine on your stock frame. It is very bulky. But can work with some frame mods.Have fun Bro.

Here we go, make a trike out of a raptor 660!

Probably be a horrible idea though as they are already top heavy.................

You also forgot to add that a warrior quad weighs like 400lbs. So I'm sure the trike would be lighter, but still probably heavier than the 350x and 250r.

Have you ever riden a warrior?

I think a Warrior could beat an R, if you completely changed the gearing on one. Warriors arent geared for speed, their geared for trails. Theres no way a stock warrior will do ANYTHING to a stock waterpumper R, Reguardless of losing 75 lbs of weight in the front or not!

yea what a load of S%$#... A good running 350X HONDA will smoke any stock warrior hands down.... come on... and gears mean nothing... My CR had 5.... my 350X has 6.... the CR was way faster... IT's gearing... not the amount of gears... A stock warrior motor is a 2-valve... 350X Honda... 4-vavle... WTF man... we've all heard these stories before. by the way... The Warrior motor is old techno also.. 1987 to be exact.

i'll give you all something to compare with i had and i quote "HAD" a 99 warrior
    P&P head,edlebrockcarb,white bros exhaust,powerbomb header,K&N filter,10.25:1 wiseco piston,web cam, VP C-12 fuel mixed 50/50...15/39 gearing/19 " holeshots.
i might have forgot something...it would barely keep up with a pipe and jetted 400ex so i sold the warrior and bought "THE" 400ex.... lol but no a warrior will not outrun a stock water pumper "R"
