My 200x loves the sand its got a set of old worn out dune sliders on it and its great fun in the dunes .
If you run 20x11x9's you might want to go up a tooth on the front sprocket..

Heres a pic of the old girl....

if your planning on climbing any hills....go for some straight paddles. just some Cheng Shen 7 paddle 22x11x9 for example are cheap and work just fine. if you cant turn 22's that easily go for somthing more like 20's. ive been out to the dunes once without paddles, not quite as fun trying to make it up hills. PADDLES MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERANCE!

I put these on. Honda sold a similar tire as an option when these were new and unlike paddles, they don't hook so hard as to bog the motor, they can grow up to 40% as they spin, for more top speed. Most of all they are light, 12 lbs each. I mounted them on Douglas blue label rims and they weigh 13.4 lbs each.

Actually, bald balloon tires work real good in the sand on a low horsepower trike.

I had a blast on my daughters 200x last week at Gordons Well/Glamis.

    Stock with knobies.

Just can't necessarily do it as fast or climb the long tall ones but you can sure run the ridges and bowls. I think I did OK.

Yea, I also have several sets of those prowedge II's. Good tire good choice too.
Just don't put a bunch of air in them. They'll let you turn alot better than the straight paddles.
