a banshee axle is almost 4" wider than a blaster.... use a banshee brake hub and rotor and a 03-06 balster carrier... then bolt on some banshee brakes...

ok first off you can go to projectblaster.com and check out the forums there, tons of info on the blaster and will probably answer most of your questions. for the front spindles, depending on year, the 88-02 blasters have a bolt that goes thru the spindle to hold the upper balljoint in place where as the banshee is a the type that you put a castle nut on the end of the balljoint. i have heard of people drilling the banshee spindle to use the bolt that holds the upper balljoint in place, but you can mess them up very easily doing this. contact kurt from project blaster and valley cycle atv, he can get you some refabricated spindles for like 215 bucks then you can use everything else from the banshee front disc setup, the rotors, calipers, lines and master cylinder. on the rear axle, yes the stock banshee axle will work on ANY year blaster, as long as you get the banshee rotor hub and have to either modify your current blaster caliper bracket or fab one up. it will give you a total of 2 or 3 inches more width on each side. as for other parts i dont think much more then one carb off a banshee will work on a blaster. like i said checkout projectblaster.com , you wont be disappointed. trengaracing.com also, they have some nice performance parts for the blaster as well.

also if your going to be doing rear hydros you will have to fab up the rear brake pedal to accept the master cylinder linkage and add some tabs to the frame to bolt the master up.
