that thing on top of your carb is a rev limiter. Trash it its not worth a crap and buy a motion pro carb cap and cable. As for your rotor you are going to have to buy another puller and buy a good one and keep trying it will come off!

there are options, The Motion Pro flywheel puller part number 08-0026 is what fits the flywheel and sould pull it off with a little help from some PB Blaster. The other Option is similar to what Cody was saying. Get a 3 jaw gear puller and adjust to down to a 2 jaw system. Put your crank nut back on but not tight. slide the jaws in the slots in the flywheel, then run the center pin into the crankshaft. That way might pull it off but i dont recommend it as much as i Do the MP Puller. If you paid 50 bucks for it then someone got you. I have one in stock for 19.99...

well the factory style puller will not work as the threads on the rotor are adios! and as for using a jaw puller the are to large to fit in between the case and the rotor, I have come to terms that i'm going to weld some heavy bolts on the actuall rotor and hook the puller up to them, I have continously heated the rotor and sprayed pb blaster/ wd 40 on the shaft, I may destroy the rotor but I can get a new one I'm just afraid of f'n up the crank threads

we'll her she is!! done!! Its definitly for a girl!!! lol, the motor is been completely redone, 40 over wiscoe topend, and a vito's 3mm stroker crank, new bearings, all new seals, new electrical, It run the stock carb, stock exaust stock muffler, but it still rips!! runs 31:1 93 and castor 927, ALl she wants now is some pink grips, and soem pink shock covers, and this winter I will repaint the frame and suspension, then this thing will be like new.

everything done including the whole engine rebuild and I have less than $1000 including the purchase price, not bad huh?
