    honda 110 tank change

    did the honda 110 gas tank change in design from 1982 to 1985? if it did can i put a 1985 110 gas tank on a 1982 110 frame without altering it??

    I think that the 82 tank is the same as the 85 tank
    1979 ATC 110 bored .60 over, full race cam, heavy duty valve springs, port and polished, perf intake, 32mm Mikuni carb, Hooker header. with 18in flat trak tires

    No, the tanks ARE different. The early models are different than the 83-87 tanks, but I THINK that they will interchange, but won't look right since the seats are different too. The guy I bought my 200x from had one of the earlier 110's with a later model ATC 125 tank (just like the 83-87 110 tank) mounted.

    1979-1982 are the same tanks.....What is wrong with your tank? If its rust thats easy fix...holes little tougher, missing well um goodluck finding one. Just kidding they are out there.
