SpeedBump, can you guys use AutoCad files if I sent them for the parts I might need custom built? I know you can get all the deminsions off of the files but diidn't know if you could interface the Cad program to save time on loading up everything into the CNC program.

He uses MasterCad. I believe the Autocad files would be the same. If you want to send one to my Email...speedbump613@adelphia.net go ahead and I will get it to him and we will see how it works.

That hexagon shaped piece is a fork cap? Wasn't expecting that. Looks cool. Can he make them round with the same OD as the 86 R fork tube (39mm)?

Sent you a pm with another idea for you guys that might be worth looking into the other day. Would be killer if you could pull it off.

Can't make em round....no lathe yet. We kinda wanted to try the HEX shape....may look good, may not. The only thin he can do to change them...is to add more sides to round it out some more.

As for the PM. I did read it, but haven't talked to him as of yet. That is a very good idea. I'm gonna try to get my hands on one to look at it, or just snatch up a 3 wheeler one and see how much it would take.

The price for THAT piece would kinda be steep, I'm thinkin.... $50-$75 range.

You like the BLockoff? WHat do you want on yours? You are getting some freebies heading your way....lemme know what ya want on it....ANYTHING that will fit can be engraved. Thanks again Doug.

not a gear just yet, but the 12 sided cap is in the works....want a pentagram on it too? Plain? You name it brutha! I'll send him a message about the gear.....thinkin that may be a bit too complex for now, but maybe cut a "gear" into the top of it....instead of makin the whole cap into a gear shape? ? We'll see.

As for gettn the originals back to you...he has been up till 11-12 each night after work (at the shop) trying to get stuff all sketched out so the parts can be sent back to you.

He is gonna be makin some REALLY cool mastercylinder covers....

Instead of having the traditional "WARNING...blah, blah, blah...." These will have some Funny and unique "WARNING....." on them. At first glance, they will look stock, but then you READ it and .
