My engine smokes very little when i fist start it up. But once it gets warmed it smokes my whole Dang block out..lol...its a whitish with a very slight blue sometimes. So im guessing its oil. the engine has been sitting for about 3 years and this is the first time its been started up since then. It has perfect compression..just smokes. Do you think its the ring? or do i just need to run it hard? is there anything i can mix with my gas to make it stop? thanks

I am assuming it's a 4 stroke here:
My best guess would be the oil rings have gone bad. With it sitting for a while the valve seals could have went bad too. If you do a top end overhaul you willreplace the rings and valve seals.
