My drum on my 200s keeps getting mucky goo in it. I want to remove the drain plug and leave it off but should I just keep the whole drum cover off instead. I just bought new brakes and want them to stay that way

stop driving throgh mud LOL. Make sure all the seals are in place.

there are two seals for that cover. One in the middle of it that fits around the axle and one that goes between the cover and axle hub.
buy some new ones...they are available from honda still.
grease them up good but dont get any on the shoes.
also pull the drain plug and reteflon the seals to be sure its all set.
