    YTM 125, why isnt this hooked up

    Sorry for the crap pic, I didnt feel like taking the wheel off. Any way, in the red circle, what is that, there are two hose fittings that arent connected (one is broken off) what is that for?

    that is your oil injector plug for the 2-stroke oil to be punped into the gas so as to make the correct mixture of oil and gas ....so that is your injector for the 2-stroke oil.

    Anyone, we want to go ride this around, I dont want to go until I know what it is. I hope it isnt something to do with the oil pump

    Its a Fuel overflow...

    You watch the tubes , and when the thinner one fills up, loosen the three screws and let it drain.--No biggie...forget it......

    Really? I have a old suzuki that has something similar to that, I always thought it was an oil pump.

    nah, mine is not hooked up either. Its just an overflow vent type thing. Dont worry about it, ride on.

    well I left riding before I came back and seen the rest of the thread. I premixed 30:1 and it was also getting the autolube, hahah, it was a little oil rich

    yes too much oil hurts ,it will glaze up the cylinder,foul plugs, smoke,ect...

    ya....my old trimoto was runnin trashy too.....i was always wondering what that little compartment was.....i knew my oil pump was towards the front of the motor
