You can try the VHT vinyl dye to change the color of the seat. I've only used black but it worked excellent. I think you can get a black replica tank from Clarke for like $170 now.

What's with the fly swatters on your handlebars? Personally, I'd lose those real quick. Although, it looks like you might do a lot of woods riding, so you probably need 'em.
