    sand blasted frame need help with paint

    i looking for help with paint for a tecate frame what should i use not looking spend alot of money so powder coating is not going to work. alot of you guys restore trikes alot what do you use and what type of riding do you do as in woods,open fields,sand thanks for the help

    I use automotive grade epoxy paint, super tough, but not near as expensive as powdercoating. make sure that you put some etching primer on that bare metal frame or epoxy primer so it wont rust all up

    second that i use automotive paint and it came out beautiful!

    I had my frame,front and rear hubs,motor mounts and shock spring powdercoated lime green for 150 dollars and I do believe that is cheap! and it come out 100 times better than any spray can could do

    well even with epoxy paint and the hardner for it is only around $50, and its not spray can either

    thanks the trick is a good sandblast job and a good prime.
