time for some new paddles i think

well as the title says i just got back from sand lake last night and its about time for some new paddles. having troulbe hooking up w/ the worn down cheng shin one i have now. what brand paddles do you run?

oh, and if you were wondering, i think the fastest things out there now are the 450R's....some of them faster than shees. lol, it was fun tho...being the only trike out there shooting hills w/ the best of them haha.

My friends and I are all running ITP Sand Stars on our Cannondale quads... They are not as flat out fast up the hill as straight cut paddles, but they slide easier for more fun in the dunes...

You might want to tell us what you are trying to achieve, as in:

    -All out fast
    -slideable
    -longevity

    etc....

if you doing just hill shooting then your going to want to srtight cut paddle. not do you want modled heavy tire or a light shaved tire? if you want light none better then skat trak extrem hauler they hook up better and last longer then regualr haulers. and for a cheeper molded tire i like the gbc sand devils.thats my .02 hope it helps.

I had sand devils on my X and they did great, perfect for draggin and wheelyin up hill...I have skat trak edge on my R now and they slide and are fun but dont really hook up like Id like...Im gettin haulers or something next time...

I see yer draggin the good hill down by the beach, instead of the bowl...the whoops on that are at really weird intervals and make it a game of skill not just speed (and those yfz450s are quick as hell, theyll leave my buddys 700 raptor half to a full bike length behind). good times.

i spent half my time at the beach...then the other half shooting the bowl. yeah, the bowl took alot less skill, but was still pretty fun.
