It wasnt a movie, but a little while ago I saw a music video and everybody was riding trikes the whole time, but i dont remember the name of though.

Theres one in one of the police acadamy movies, cant remember which one but it's white and used by the police on a beach.
There's one at the end of Goonies, a blue yamaha trike and 4 wheeler, again If I remember correctly on a beach.
a couple weeks ago I was watching Discovery or TLC and was watching a show about extreme accidents. They were doing some footage of dragster wrecks. I noticed when one was backing up before a race that for just a couple seconds there was a guy setting on a nice big red up at the top of the screen. Not sure what year it was but the trike looked new.
I also remember a couple years back a K&N commercial (I think) on speedvision that featured a whole lot of old bikes and ATVs and for a second or two showed an 85 Tecate roosting through the sand.

The video that trikeman is referring to is "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by "Tears for Fears". There's tons of trikes and definately worth the hard drive space to download on kazaa or something. There's a whole lot of 83-84 250r's in it if I remember right.

The James Bond movie was Diamonds are Forever. Another one I can think of right off the top of my head is a "B" movie called Beach Girls. They ride Honda 200s's on the beach.
