Well since one is a yamaha and one is a Honds you have about zero chance of a drop in swap.

There are no stupid questions, but there are alot of stupid people out there that ask questions.

    yes, 86 200e is a yamaha, hondas dont have 86 200e's

I have a 225 diff on my 200. Not a direct bolt on, also increases the gearing 15% and I have to say it sucks having it geared that high, hardly can spin the tires in mud. I am going to have to go down to 22inch tires.

If you want to do it and have questions, PM me.

Welcome to 3 Wheeler World Mudson!

Both Honda and Yamaha made a 200E but no one made one in '86. Is the Yamaha a 200E or a 200ERN? The Yamaha 200E was made in '83 and '84 then it became the 200ERN in 1985 when they added reverse.
