i need a measurement from the center of the swingarm bolt
to the center of the axle.. on an 85/86 atc250r i have a swinger
but it may be a trx i need to know...will it work

Teaching quads a lesson
is it steel or aluminuim. 85-87 trx and atc 250r swinger were steel, 88/89 were almuminuim. Yes, trx swinger will work on atc's(I have one), but don't get a 88/89 as you would have to weld in a back motor mount and they are 1" shorter. 85 were one year brake parts and carrier, 86-89 uses the same parts.

1985 ATC 250R swinger is 20 1/4 inches center to center.

head re-chambering and +6 swinger by Ronnie,
