Sounds pretty good, considering (if I read it right) Florida has strict laws now. It talks about rowdy behavior, and the deaths. The few that are careless and dangerous, ruin it for all of us.
We are lucky here in Arkansas, the law reads "use for hunting or farming on public roads, and riding from 1 trail head or private property to another trail head or private property." But here in the farm country, only wreckless use is ticketed.
The safety course for under 16 is a great idea too, as well as mandatory helmet use.
