you will feel a increase, but you will also be forced to use race gas.

if you use race gas anyway, go with the cr gasket, my bikes make around 230 psi and they aren't too hard to kick over

On my quad I run a Cool Head with a 20cc dome and take apart a stock head gasket using only one thin piece (which is the same as a CR gasket). 190 pounds of compression with a fresh top end. No race gas. If you are running a stock head you should be just about the same.

You would be safe running 93 octane. If you have a stock head and haven't milled it or the top of the cylinder. I'm running a split stock head gasket right now with other mods and run fine on 93 with no signs of detonation.
