i have been working on a friends 200x, and it slips in third gear. Whats needs work.
Normally its the clutch that makes it slip, only does it in 3rd?
Does it rev up then suddenly catch and pull? any other gear?

probably he did a nice burn out in 3rd and burnet the clutch plate for 3rd so i would look into the clutch basket and check out the clutch plates/fiber plates.
