    Mugen fork dead giveaways

I was looking at the stuff I got from a guy who used to race trikes. I looked closer at a set of forks and I see alot of faded gold color on the forks. Did the mugen forks have any certain features on them or anyway to be able to tell them apart easily? I looked at 3 other set of forks and none of them have any hint of gold color. Anybody got close up pics of them? Did they have any knob or something on it?

Without the paint, the casting is identical to the stock slider. It's the internal parts that make the difference. On the bottom, where you have the allen bolt, it is replaced by hex head bolt with an adjuster in the middle.

they don't have a knob on the bottom, just what looks like a 6mm allen key. Oh well, it got me exicited when I saw the gold color, false alarm.
