my atc 250r was only some thing like 4 - 8 psi, thaey don't need much! just give it 2 or 4 and check it out, i wouldn't go over maybe even 6, untill you find out for sure, i'm just giving you an approximation with what my 250r takes, because no one has replied to you, and ya probably wanta ride lol
OH and it doesn't take long for the presure to build!! use a hand pump!!!!!cause a compresure has moisture in the air and pumps too quick!

Cool thanx, and yes as soon as I get home from work I think its tinker time. Still trying to figure out the carb, thats ok though my wife and sons will be at a birthday party so it will give me some quality time with my 21y/o X-rated mistress (85 350X).
Remember, you do not have to run any. Most on here run 0 to 1 psi. Be very careful, you can blow out the seals.

OK thanks for the heads up. The only reason is that it bottoms out quite easily I think maybe the springs are about shot. I dont want to cause any further damage now that I own it. So About 3 to 4 psi a good comprimize?
Could be low of fluid?

I never run any air in my forks. It doesn't work very well and it's hard on the seals. If you're front end is bottoming out too easy, preload the springs with a spacer. On the water cooled 250R's you can cut a length of 1 inch PVC and pop it right in the forks on top of the springs. 350x forks are a different diameter so you need to find something the right size but that's the way to go. When I put 2 inch spacers in my R forks recently it made a world of difference.
Sweet, thanks
