need alt/lt 50 help!!!!!!

my suzuki alt 50 was burning transmission fluid recently and had no power and was hard to start sometimes, so i manages to get the engine stripped down lst nite, the rings are wore but still have good tension,the cylinder is in good shape, and the piston is a bit wore, but the main problem is 1-is there supposed to be a crankseal on the right side? and is the crank supposed to be bent? i think it may be off blanaced,so i think that might have been my problem or is the crank supposed to be be bent on both ends, and by the way this engine was i dont think its ever been apart since it was made on 12th month of 83

i got the engine completely riped apart , the crank is bent and needs to be balanced and it was burning base oil because most of the gasket sepereating the engine and crankcase was missing, so it shoul doon ne put back together then the frame work begins
