ATC 70 questions

For some odd reason, i've been thinking hard of getting a 70. Will they haul a 230 6'3" man around? Also, does anyone know their top speed? Will the 110 or 125cc lifan engines work in them?

I just got a pair and they are a blast! Only had one running so far but shouldnt be too much more work to get the oterh going. Check glamisdunes.com , there is a 70's only forum there and yes the lifan motors do fit with some mods!

yeah the glamis forums have alot of info, I was reading it all night. I think one would be a cool, ride around the yard bike, or something to teach my little brother and sister on.

They will haul around a full sized person with no problems. I am 6'4" and 240lbs and mine hauls me around just fine. Get one if you can!!!

They probably top out at about 25...30mph if you play with the gearing. Flat ground of course.

I just went from a 35 to a 45 rear sprocket on my 125M/70. I should get some more top end. I have a LA Sleeve high comp piston, 24mm carb, porting, a Web cam and a Minigunz CRF50 exhaust. Leaving for the first Glamis trip of the season tomorrow

A 70 will move you no problem. There are so many mods you can do to them. We have over twenty 70's in camp.

By the way everybody - how can I get hold of some of those glamis dunes stickers over here in the UK?
