    250sx and 250es owners

    I have a small question about the rear end. When the engine is off and the bike is in first gear, should there be any movement (free play) in the drive shaft before the engine engages? On my sx I can see the drive shaft moving, so I believe the play is inside the motor, is this normal.

    yea its normal,mine will roll about 3 inches or so before it engages.
