    200X Exhaust

    Is a 200X exhaust, head pipe, larger diameter/better flowing than a 200S?

I have a 200S, and notice that the internal Diameter of the head pipe is alot smaller than the exhaust port, esspecially when the ports on my 200S are ported and polished.

Yeah, the 200s and 200x are basically the same engine, save for the compression.

Yes, refering to a stock 200x headpipe. Is it bigger/better flowing than the one on a 200s?

Looks like you found the biggest weakness or the 200s setup, the stock exhaust is rather restrictive. I don't remember how close the X head pipe is but you are right about that 200s pipe. In my opinion a performance pipe is a must if you are serious about getting more power out if your trike. I was very surprised to see how much bigger the Cobra pipe is that my friend has on his 200s.

I don't have any comparison pictures of the insides but you can tell the difference on the outside as well.

1st pic is stock, 2nd has a Cobra
